General Conditions – Holidays
Price
The price is mentioned in euros. This includes charges for water, heating, air-conditioned, but doesn’t include linen and departure cleaning. Tourist tax is due in addition to the price and depends on the numer of persons and the number of days in the apartment. An adversarial inventory is attached to the contract. This adversarial inventory ill be signed by both parties before arrival, host will have the opportunity to check it at arrival. An other adversarial inventory will be made at departure.
If the convention calendar of Cannes suddenly changes, an additional payment corresponding to the Convention rate will be required.
Booking:
All parties will remain free of any engagement until deposit is received.
- At the time of the reservation
The amount of 50% is required at the time of reservation. This amount is to be considered as a partial payment.
Partial Payment: if the tenant withdraws from the agreement the owner may demand full payment for the rental period agreed upon. - 6 weeks before arrival,
The amount of 100% euros payable by paypal, VISA in euros or by certified check.
Cancellation Policy
More than 10 weeks before arrival : 10% of the total amount is due to the owner.
From 6 to 10 weeks before arrival : 35% of the total amount is due to the owner.
Less than 6 weeks before arrival : 100% of the total amount is due to the owner.
If the convention calendar of Cannes suddenly changes, an additional payment corresponding to the Convention rate will be required. If the additional payment is not performed after a period of 5 days following the additional payment request, the booking will be cancelled and cancellation policy will be applicable.
Insurance
The tenant is responsible for any damages on the rental premises that arise due to his negligence. He is responsible for any theft or loss by anyone he invites onto the premises. He agrees to uphold his civil responsibilities and to protect against the following risks: theft, burglary, personal and property accidents, offence to neighbours and water damage. He will provide proof of his personal insurance policy at the time of his arrival on the premises.
Arrival, Departure
The apartment will be available from 2pm the day of arrival.
For departure, The apartment will be available at 10am. A deposit equivalent to the price of rent will be paid before arrival (by swiping your card without debiting it or by paypal) and will be returned at departure after making the adversarial inventory and the payment of additional services (which can also be paid by palpal ou Visa).
Arbitration
In the case of a complaint or disagreement, for this current lease, the parties involved declare the region of the rental property to be the location where any litigation will take place.
