Reservation deposit: 50 %.
All parties will remain free of any engagement until deposit is received.
Balance: Payment in full due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Security deposit: Secured by check, cash or Crédit Card.
Methods of payment: Checks in Euros, bank transfer or Paypal.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancelled reservations will be charged a minimum cancellation fee of 35% of the rental price.
No refunds will be issued for reservations cancelled less than 6 weeks prior to arrival unless apartment is re-rented for the same period at the same rate.
LINEN
Linen rental: included. Full set includes sheets, 4 large and 4 small towels.
Optional changes on request: 40 Euros per person for a full set, 30 Euros for towels only.
CLEANING
Departure cleaning: 15 Euros per hour.
Optional maid service is available at same rate.
TELEPHONE & WIFI
All Apartments have a telephone and Wifi service. There is no surcharge on billing.
UTILITIES
Apartments: no charge only for short periods as exhibitions.
CITY LODGING TAX
Per day and per person : 1.00 Euro.
